Completeman ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) of South Africa. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

- Account details: full name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Booking details: service address, GPS coordinates, photos you upload, scheduled time, and notes.
- Payment metadata: confirmation references from our payment processor (PayFast). We do not store your card numbers.
- Device and usage data: IP address, device type, browser/app version, push notification token.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account.
- To dispatch verified service providers to your address and coordinate the job.
- To process payments, refunds and payouts.
- To send booking, account and operational notifications (email, SMS, push).
- To investigate disputes and protect the safety of customers and pros.
- To improve our services and meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing your information
We share the minimum information necessary with: the service provider assigned to your job (name, address, scheduled time, photos), payment processors, hosting and analytics providers acting as our operators, and authorities where required by law.
4. Storage and security
Your information is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We retain account and booking data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to meet tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements.
5. Your rights under POPIA
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by emailing us at support@completeman.co.za.
6. Children
Completeman is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of essential cookies and analytics to keep the service running and to improve it. You can clear these at any time in your browser or device settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you in-app or by email.
